Here's a recipe for your at-home spa time:
- Draw warm bath. (Not too hot though, super hot water can raise the blood pressure and defeat the purpose)
- Light a scented soy candle
- Turn on your favorite music
- Drop in an inexpensive scented bath bomb
- Get in and soak!!
